A Palestinian man inspects the scene of what witnesses said was an air strike on a workshop in Gaza City, in the early hours of May 5, 2016. Israeli air strikes hit four Hamas sites in Gaza overnight, the military said, following earlier raids as tensions flared along the border of the Palestinian territory. The spike in cross border violence has raised concerns for a ceasefire that has held since the last round of hostilities in Gaza ended in summer 2014. Photo by Ashraf Amra
