A Palestinian man holds national flags during clashes with Israeli security forces following a march on February 19, 2016 in the West Bank village of Bilin, near Ramallah, to mark the 11th anniversary of their uprising against the building of Israel's controversial separation barrier and the construction of Israel settlements. The march was also to support Palestinian journalist Mohammad al-Qiq who is on hunger strike. Israel's Supreme Court said on February 16, 2016, the Palestinian hunger striker who has fasted over 80 days must stay in the northern Israeli hospital where he is being held, after a compromise bid failed.
