Palestinian men carry a body of a Palestinian alleged attacker upon its release by the Israeli security forces in the West Bank city of Ramallah, on December 31, 2015. Israeli authorities turned over a number of bodies to the Palestinian authorities after holding many of the bodies of attackers, a policy that has been criticised by rights groups.
