A man wearing prisoner's costume, walks in a street in solidarity with Mohammad Allan, a Palestinian prisoner in Israeli jail who has been on hunger strike for 60 consecutive days, in Gaza city on August 13, 2015. Allan, who is under administrative detention is the first Palestinian prisoner who could be forced to stay alive under a new Israeli law lies shackled to a hospital bed, vomiting bile and blood after 57 days of drinking only water to protest his indefinite incarceration without charges, as Israeli officials search for a doctor willing to start the process to force-feed him to keep him alive.
