Palestinian ride their motorcycle next to the Israeli separation wall in Jerusalem on July 9, 2013. The Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) announced in a press statement that Palestinian men and women over 60 are allowed to enter into Jerusalem to pray in Al-Aqsa Mosque during Ramadan and the holiday of Eid el-Fitr without permit. Men over the age of 40 will be able to enter Jerusalem for Friday prayers without permit. Photo by Saeed Qaq
