Palestinians take part in a protest in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails, in front of the International Red Cross building in Gaza City, Monday, Oct. 10, 2011. Gaza's Hamas rulers have imposed new entry restrictions requiring most foreigners to obtain a visa to enter the coastal territory. The group says the move is meant to ensure the security of foreigners, who enter either through Israel or Egypt. Photo by Ashraf Amra
