Palestinians walk past a poster of the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Arabic written on the poster "Palestine people love you", in Gaza city on Sep 3,2011. Davutoglu said Turkey was downgrading diplomatic ties to the level of second secretary and that the ambassador and other high-level diplomats would leave the capital Ankara by Wednesday.
